From Nov. 29 to Dec. 11, we encourage you to attend a Sangha gathering near you, and to read from Thầy’s books Love Letter to the Earth and The World We Have. Coming together we can generate a positive energy of awareness and compassion, and keep the flame of our aspiration alive.

This is a time to reach out to others. We may feel anger, frustration or despair because we don’t seem to be strong enough individually to change the situation. Getting together is a way to pool our energy and to act. With the support of mindfulness practices and friends on the path, we can take care of our feelings of helplessness and despair, and we can support each other to see clearly what we can do together to help.

You can find a local Sangha near you. If no Sanghas are near you, you may like to invite friends and family to get together and to share.

You may also like to join gatherings and vigils organised by our brothers and sisters in other faith traditions and climate action groups, and offer your presence, peace, compassion and support.
